This role is responsible for supporting day‑to‑day financial operations with a strong focus on cash management, payments, and liquidity in a fast‑paced marine offshore environment. The position provides hands‑on exposure to treasury, banking, and operational finance, working closely with the CFO and wider finance team.

Description

• Support daily cash and liquidity management to ensure smooth business operations
• Oversee payment processes, including vendor payments and operational disbursements
• Assist with cash flow forecasting (short‑ and medium‑term) to support funding decisions
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions on routine banking matters
• Support accounts payable activities with a focus on control, accuracy, and timely execution
• Assist in monitoring debt facilities and banking documentation
• Maintain strong internal controls and support audit requirements
• Work closely with accounting, operations, and management teams on finance‑related matters

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 5-8+ years of experience in accounting, treasury, or finance roles
• Prior exposure to marine, offshore, shipping, oil & gas, or asset‑heavy industries is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of cash flow, payments, and financial controls
• Detail‑oriented with a hands‑on and proactive mindset
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced and operationally driven environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
