About the Role: We are looking for a TikTok Account Manager to lead our TikTok growth strategy, manage ads and campaigns, work closely with KOLs and creators, and support both online and offline marketing initiatives.
You don’t need to be a professional videographer — simple, native TikTok-style filming is sufficient. However, you must have a strong understanding of TikTok Ads, algorithm behaviour, trends, and performance-driven growth. Appearing on camera is a bonus, not a requirement.
Main Objective
Grow the TikTok account, paid ads, strategic content, KOL collaborations, and integrated marketing execution (online + offline).
Key Responsibilities
- TikTok Account Management
- Plan and manage TikTok Ads campaigns (Spark Ads, boosting, targeting).
- Handle budget planning and optimisation.
- Understand how TikTok Ads and the algorithm work together to drive results.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimise based on data.
- Maintain consistent posting and a strong brand presence.
- Apply trending ad formats, hooks, and creatives aligned with brand goals.
- Content Strategy & Creation
- Plan and manage the TikTok content calendar.
- Produce simple TikTok videos using a mobile phone.
- Edit videos using CapCut or similar tools.
- Write effective hooks, captions, and CTAs that support organic and paid performance.
- Prepared performance reports and presented insights, results, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
Bonus: Comfortable appearing on camera when needed.
KOL & Creator Marketing
- Source, evaluate, and collaborate with TikTok creators and KOLs.
- Manage seeding, briefs, deliverables, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Coordinate TikTok Shop creators and affiliate collaborations (if applicable).Ensure KOL content aligns with campaign and ads objectives.
Marketing & Campaign Execution (Online + Offline)
- Support integrated campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta.
Assist in planning and coordinating offline marketing initiatives such as:
- Events
- Product sampling / seeding
- KOL meet-ups
- On-ground activations
- Giveaways or workshops
- Ensure online content and ads align with offline campaigns to maximise impact.
- Able to travel for shoots, events, KOL collaborations, and on-ground activations when required.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of TikTok Ads, trends, content formats, and algorithm logic.
- Marketing-focused mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut preferred).
- Organised, independent, and results-driven.
- Willing and able to travel as needed.
Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager.
- Experience with TikTok Shop / Affiliate programs.
- Familiar with TikTok Business Center.
- Knowledge of Instagram & Meta Ads.
- Experience supporting or coordinating offline marketing events.
