Overview

Staff Nurse | SNB Registered | Up to $4k | 5 Days | Bukit Batok

Salary: $2800 - $4000

Working Days: Mon - Fri | 8am - 6pm

Working Location: Bukit Batok Street

Responsibilities

• Deliver client-centric and compassionate nursing care according to clients' needs and conditions.
• Monitor, assess and evaluate clients' condition to implement a care plan.
• Perform clinical procedures (e.g., NGT insertion, catheterization) as required.
• Observe and assess clients\' health, monitor vitals and reactions to treatment and medications; look for changes in behaviour and condition.
• Follow up to ensure continuity of clients\' care plan.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Registered with SNB
• Clinical experience in eldercare sector is an advantage
• Willing to travel to other sites/centres to support when required
