Job description
Responsibilities

Reporting to Manager, you will responsible to assist for the overall operation of ANIPLUS Café to meet business objectives and to ensure customer satisfaction.

F&B Operations
  • To assist in cafe daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • To maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the café.
  • To monitor F&B inventory levels and report to supervisor.
  • To practice & enforce Café SOPs.
Merchandising Operations
  • To assist in creating attractive merchandise displays and layouts to enhance product visibility.
  • To ensure shelve space is being monitored diligently.
  • To manage stocks inventory through proper segregation of shelve space, and stock for display in an organized manner.
  • To uphold customer service standards and to implement quality operation procedures.
  • To perform regular updates and communications among stake holders on merchandise related issues.
Finance & Administrative Tasks
  • To help with checking equipment and outlet maintenance.
  • To maintain accurate records of sales, inventory & expenses.
