Qualifications

• 12+ years of total experience in technology delivery, with at least 5 years in managing project/program teams or TPM functions.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale, cross-functional software or platform programs using agile and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret delivery metrics and drive data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of TPMs across multiple domains to drive delivery excellence.
• Oversee delivery execution across DXP domains, ensuring commitments are met with predictable outcomes.
• Monitor delivery performance metrics and drive corrective actions where needed.
