Job description

Job Responsibilities

• To carry out the day to day maintenance schedule assigned by the Technicians, Supervisor/Operations Manager.
• To check, maintain and plan smooth operations of all building services.
• To assist the Supervisor or Operations Manager to keep and update records of M&E installations and equipment in the building.
• To assist and monitor the performance of term contractors and contractors on call.
• To ensure proper accounting of all tolls, equipment and stocks.
• To maintain proper records of building plans, drawings and all M&E services including operational manuals.
• To ensure that all essential M&E plant rooms are checked. Maintained and properly secured.
• To attend to emergency arising from breakdown or malfunction of M&E services.
• To monitor and keep records of water and electricity consumption.
• Notwithstanding the above, you are required to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
• 6 days work per week including weekends and Public Holiday.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year Experience in Building/Facility/ACMV maintenance. Fresh candidate will also be considered. Training will be provided.
• G.C.E. or NITEC Certificate (Building/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent.
• Must be able to perform shift duties on weekdays, weekends & Public Holiday.
