Due to our expansion, we are looking for a senior recruitment consultant to assist in our expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Build full recruitment strategy to meet company’s hiring targets.
  • Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers when required.
  • Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, and facilitate pre‑interview assessments.
  • Compile interview questions and conduct in‑person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Document processes and foster good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
  • Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, staying informed of field advancements.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements.
  • Support hiring managers in defining their needs and specifying requirements.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Prefer to have CEI and experience in employment agencies.
  • Meticulous, persistent & responsible.
  • Ability to generate own clients and candidates.
