Job Overview

Reporting directly to the HR Director based in another region, and with a dotted line to the Managing Partners across Asia, this individual will operate as a trusted adviser to the Partners and Corporate Function Heads, in a strategic and operational HR BP and/or Advisory Leadership role.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the HR strategy for all offices in the APAC region, partnering closely separately with Partners and Corporate Function Heads.
  • Deliver HR BP Lead service across APAC, providing consultative and pragmatic HR and people solutions.
  • Manage annual HR advisory processes such as talent management, performance management, compensation review, employee relations and regional policy enhancement.
  • Lead regional discern projects, collaborating with global and broader regional teams on culture, career paths and HR transformation.
  • Support a geographically dispersed HR advisory/partnering team.
Qualifications
  • Track record as a Senior HR Manager or experienced HR Manager in a global complex law firm or partnership environment.
  • Experience operating in a high‑touch partnership environment in a broad HR leadership position.
