A global professional services organization in Singapore is seeking a Senior HR Manager to drive the HR strategy for APAC and manage advisory processes. This role involves collaborating with Partners and Corporate Function Heads and leading HR regional projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR leadership within a complex law firm environment. The position offers a chance to significantly shape the people agenda in a highly collaborative team environment.
Reporting directly to the HR Director based in another region, and with a dotted line to the Managing Partners across Asia, this individual will operate as a trusted adviser to the Partners and Corporate Function Heads, in a strategic and operational HR BP and/or Advisory Leadership role.
