Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned service points (front counter & admin)
• Partner Nurse Managers and stakeholders to resolve operational and service issues
• Ensure patient-friendly, safe and efficient facilities
• Drive patient satisfaction and service excellence initiatives
• Manage non-nursing frontline staff (recruitment, training, appraisal & retention)
• Support budgeting, financial targets and business planning with clinical heads
• Improve workflows and service processes across patient care journey
• Facilitate communication between management and frontline teams
• Participate in projects, committees and job rotations (after 3 years)

Requirements

• Min. Degree in any discipline
• Min 3 years’ experience in healthcare (operations preferred)
• At least 2 years managing frontline staff
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
