A leading organisation in hospitality is looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to drive their digital transformation, focusing on automation strategies for UI and API testing. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in software quality assurance automation, proficient in tools like Selenium and scripting languages such as Python or Java. This role offers a competitive salary of SGD 10,000/month, a 3-month fixed bonus, and a hybrid work model.
Design, develop, and implement robust automation strategies for both UI and API testing.
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to integrate scalable test automation solutions.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimise automation frameworks for efficiency and performance.
Contribute actively to Agile Scrum teams delivering high-impact digital transformation initiatives.
Ensure all automation processes align with industry standards and regulatory compliance.
Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance automation.
Demonstrable hands-on experience with tools like Micro Focus UFT, Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
Skilled in scripting languages such as VBScript, Java, Python, or equivalent.
Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI, etc.).
Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., banking, insurance, government) is a plus.
Experience with Agile Scrum practices and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
A quick learner with a passion for emerging technologies, including AI and intelligent automation.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Salary: SGD 10,000/month
