Job description

Taking on the responsibilities of both a creative and a supervisor, this position will work with the senior copywriter and organize the team to carry out creative thinking, supervise team members, and control human resources and time costs, producing creative works that meet Ogilvy's standards.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Client Management

  • Communicate with account colleagues and clients to understand their needs and provide efficient creative solutions.

Strategy

  • Collaborate with planners to develop communication strategies as needed.

Creative Leadership

  • Oversee projects undertaken with senior copywriters.
  • Understand communication strategies through creative briefings and generate innovative ideas with copywriters and other creatives.
  • Produce design drafts for teams and clients based on different communication channels.
  • Manage production costs.
  • Lead visual execution and ensure quality control.
  • Maintain good communication and teamwork skills when collaborating.
  • Assist designers in understanding commercial art qualities and enhance their creative thinking and abilities.
  • Stay informed about emerging tech, share useful information with colleagues, and inspire creative ideas.
