Candidates must be account school graduates and are preferred to be bilingual in English and Chinese. Role Description
  • Account Receivable/ Payable
  • Account school graduate only knows bookkeeping will also be considered
  • Office Administration & Customer Service.
  • Manage and Monitor of Warehouse.
  • Experience within a small / medium trading company preferred.
  • With MYOB / SAP / Microsoft Dynamics knowledge a definite advantage
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Specific Responsibilities
  • Candidates to take up both account or operation duties either one depends on qualification and experience
  • On-job training program provided.
  • Candidates who are good in both English and Chinese language is an asset to liaise with China Suppliers.
  • Those with No Experience nor Knowledge will be considered as assistant positions
  • Energetic and keen to learn.
  • With basic computer knowledge and fast typing skill esp. MS Excel.
  • With positive and responsible attitude.
  • Willing to work under pressure.
  • Offices/Showroom at convenient locations nearby MRT.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP system.
