  • Monitor and follow up on opportunities with the Aftermarket Sales Manager.
  • Prepare for and support handovers to delivery organizations and projects.

Support our regional sales team in maintaining customer relations. Identify new opportunities with existing and new customers. Promote solutions and offerings covering the entire KM product portfolio. Focus on planning major overhauls and dockings proactively, maximizing Kongsberg opportunities, including spares, services, retrofits, and refits. Follow up on these opportunities closely with sales managers and product centers.

What you will be doing

  • Support Aftermarket Sales Managers in identifying customers and vessels scheduled for overhaul/maintenance and proactively seek new opportunities with existing and new customers.
  • Analyze data to prioritize and propose customers where we expect the most benefit.
  • Prepare maintenance planning packs (binders) for upcoming overhauls, ensuring full coverage of the KM portfolio.
  • Project manage and coordinate sales efforts and activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and follow up on opportunities with the Aftermarket Sales Manager, keeping opportunities updated in our CRM system.
  • Prepare for and support handovers to delivery organizations and aftermarket projects, assisting sales in customer meetings.
  • Contribute to process improvements and maximize the use of supporting tools and systems (Dynamics365).
