Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to provide sales and marketing support, assist with quotations, and manage project order processing. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in Engineering and relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and knowledge of SAGE and ACCPAC is a plus.

Job Description

1. Provide related sales & marketing support to Sales Team for new products / services
2. Assisting in preparing quotations to customers
3. Assisting in projects follow-up work
4. Handle projects order processing (issue Invoices & Delivery Orders, checking & maintaining of inventories)
5. Liaise with customers on orders & deliveries arrangement
6. Liaise with Operations on deliveries arrangement
7. Handle purchasing for orders
8. All other comprehensive ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

1. O-Level /A-Level / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
2. 1-2 years relevant working experience
3. Independent, highly organized with pro-active attitude. Able to multi-task
4. Detailed and a faster learner
5. Able to thrive in a team base environment
6. Proficient in MS Office
7. Experience in SAGE, ACCPAC will be an added advantage
