A recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support in sales operations. Responsibilities include handling payroll, managing contracts, and maintaining documentation in compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have experience in sales administration, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess good communication skills. Handle sales administration support including preparation of payroll, overtime and related calculations.
Prepare, draft and manage LOAs, contracts, letters, and HR/sales-related documents accurately and timely.
Maintain proper filing, records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, HR, finance) to ensure accurate data and smooth administrative processes.
Provide general administrative and ad‑hoc support as required.
Prior experience in sales administration, payroll processing, or documentation handling preferred.
