The National University of Singapore is excited to extend an invitation for applications to the position of Research Assistant (Data Engineer) with Project RESET. This project is focused on the prevention of cardiometabolic disease and is affiliated with the National University Health System (NUHS) and NUS Cardiovascular Metabolic Disease Translational Research Programme.
Project RESET aims to be a pioneering force in cardiovascular research, with a focus on translational studies that can bring immediate impact to patient care and well-being. The program needs a Research Assistant (Data Engineer) who will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust research data platform.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on large, complex datasets, integrating various forms of healthcare data, including electronic health records, clinical test results, molecular readouts, and more. The primary objective is to establish a large scale data infrastructure as a critical foundation piece, which will be integral for ongoing and future research projects.
Appointments will be on a 2-year contract in the first instance, with the possibility of extension.
