Job Description & Requirements

• Prepare proposal and budget estimates for new contracts / tenders.
• Develop, review and monitor the compliance of the tender and contracts policies and guidelines, in line with the industry's best practice.
• Liaise and negotiate with clients, vendors, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants on project requirement.
• Work closely with tender team in preparation of tender submission.
• A great eyes for details in evaluating quotation, assess variation order (VO), escalation, abortive work, measure quantities / taking off and accounts finalization.

  2. Request for Quotation and Prepare Detail Comparison
  3. Cost Preparation & Rate Rationalize
  4. Prepare Tender Documentation
  5. Update Cost Data Library
  6. Contract Administration
  7. Progress Claim Preparation
  8. Variation Order Preparation
  9. Final Account

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong interpersonal skills with prior cost estimation experience in a M&E construction environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to critically analyze issues and creatively identify solutions.
• High level of initiative, independent and meticulous.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Well versed in Ms Excel, AutoCAD.
• Preferably able to use BIM software like Revit/ Cubicost.
• Willingness to work at Tuas area with transportation pickup at designated MRT station.
