What you'll be doing

• Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents for telecom projects, such as: Outside Plant (OSP) civil works, Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) works, power and fibre cable installation works, Inside Plant (ISP) works, structured cabling and CCTV installations, etc.
• Review project specifications, drawings and SOW to produce accurate costing
• Assess material, labour and site resource requirements
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals
• Attend tender briefings

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field
• 2–3 years’ QS experience in telecommunications, ELV or M&E works
• Ability to read technical drawings, BOQs and project specifications
• Knowledge of tendering, cost control and contract administration
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD experience is a bonus
• Understanding of fibre optic cabling, structured cabling or CCTV workflows is an advantage
