A leading interior solutions company in Singapore is seeking a highly organised Project Operations Assistant to support their team. The role includes managing project documentation, liaising with stakeholders, and providing administrative support. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction or fitout industry and be fluent in English and Chinese. This position requires strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Operations Assistant to support our manager and team. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, coordinate project activities and ensure all project information is organised and easily accessible.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all project related documentation and ensure proper filing, version control and accessibility.
Prepare, update and track project documents such as meeting minutes, shop drawings, material submittals, progress reports and handover files
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal department to ensure timely submission, approval and responses.
Provide operational and administrative support to manager and team, including resource allocation and scheduling.
Monitor project schedules, procurement status, site progress and variation records.
Handle professional correspondence, both written and verbal in a timely manner
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction or fitout industry
Fluent in English and Chinese with strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and etc)
Meticulous, well organised and capable of multitasking under pressure
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team to ensure project success.
Familiarity with project workflows, documentation standards, and coordination procedures in fit out environments is an added advantage.
