• Lead the planning, organization and delivery of mid‑size data centre construction projects.
• Manage project teams including direct reports and subcontractors ensuring high‑quality standards and timely completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules and resource allocation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; drive cost‑saving and revenue‑increasing opportunities.
• Report project progress and financials to senior management.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 15 years of independent project management experience in construction, preferably with data centre or similar large‑scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, engineering design and construction processes.
• Familiarity with local HSE regulations and quality standards in Malaysia and Singapore.
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams and complex project environments.
