A construction engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate with a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering for project coordination. Responsibilities include daily planning and execution, communication with project stakeholders, and monitoring progress. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be proficient in MS Office applications.
Daily coordination, planning and execution of the project plan at site.
Involved in project planning, monitoring project progress and schedule.
Ensures effective communication and co-ordination between project participants.
Responsible for project deliverables whilst ensuring safety objectives are met.
Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring and report of project progress.
Participating in meetings and resolving project issues.
Liaise and co-ordinate with Clients, Consultants and Vendors on all Project matters.
Submission and update monthly project status reports.
Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior or Head of Department.
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or its equivalent (recognized by BCA, PE Board)
At least 2 years relevant working experience
Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Project
Good project management, communication and writing skills
Ability to work with tight schedule in a fast paced environment
Immediate or Short notice preferred
