Organize and lead diverse group activities tailored for individuals with dementia, such as exercise, cognitive games, meal preparation, and art and music sessions.
Conduct assessments for clients and caregivers while managing data collection and entry tasks.
Provide exceptional customer support to clients, partners, and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, managing enrollments, coordinating services, and collecting feedback.
Train and support community care associates and volunteers, ensuring effective supervision and smooth program operations.
Prepare timely reports for management and funding agencies and participate in internal and external audits to uphold program standards.
Relevant educational qualifications in social work, psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of two years’ experience in program facilitation, community care, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to manage data accurately and prepare detailed reports.
Experience in training or supervising staff and volunteers is advantageous.
