Responsibilities
  • Organize and lead diverse group activities tailored for individuals with dementia, such as exercise, cognitive games, meal preparation, and art and music sessions.

  • Conduct assessments for clients and caregivers while managing data collection and entry tasks.

  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients, partners, and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, managing enrollments, coordinating services, and collecting feedback.

  • Train and support community care associates and volunteers, ensuring effective supervision and smooth program operations.

  • Prepare timely reports for management and funding agencies and participate in internal and external audits to uphold program standards.

Requirements
  • Relevant educational qualifications in social work, psychology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in program facilitation, community care, or a similar role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage data accurately and prepare detailed reports.

  • Experience in training or supervising staff and volunteers is advantageous.
