Job description

The Production Manager is responsible for

• Responsible for all aspects of daily site operations.
• Drive continuous improvement.
• Represents the site within the company and to the outside world

Principal Accountabilities

• Ensure safe operation of the Site
• Identify risks and follow up
• Enforce all EHS standards
• Actively seek feedback from coworkers to improve standards and performance
• Personal presence and inspirational style
• Action in case of violation of standards

Ensure fulfillment of Site KPI's

• Agreed set
• Realize agreed (in S&OP) production plan
• Plan and control production to meet delivery schedule
• In EHS, Cost, Capacity, Quality, Waste, Engineering, Maintenance and Service
• Annual Budgeting cycle participation – responsible for production, headcount and capex investment budge

Performance improvement

• Define operational goals, derived from strategic plans, in close collaboration with functional leads on the site
• Define and use agreed KPI definitions (aligned within SEA HC) and reporting templates
• Ensure proper cascading of goals
• Ensure clear reporting of progress to all stakeholders

Standard setting

• Strong technical and people focus
• Presence, impact on co-workers
• Drive use of key work processes (S&OP, EHS risk reduction, waste minimization, customer complaint follow up, etc), in collaboration with functional leads on the Site
