Effective communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external coordination. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our Procurement Executive. This role is essential in sourcing and acquiring key materials, supplies, and services that keep our operations running efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of procurement processes and a keen eye for cost control and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sourcing materials, supplies, and services to meet operational requirements.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, competitive pricing, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, including supplier information and inventory levels.
  • Process purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Support negotiations with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms.
  • Assist in managing contracts, purchase agreements, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  • Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of procurement data in systems.
  • Prepare and support reporting activities, including cost tracking and inventory analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand specific requirements, ensuring that procurement aligns with project timelines and business objectives.
