A leading automation solutions provider located in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Specialist. Responsibilities include sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and managing procurement processes. • Responsible for sourcing materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment.
• Involve in vendor selection and negotiate prices and delivery lead time.
• Responsible for procurement processes (e.g. RFQ, PR/PO).
• Coordinate with various departments on specifications, schedules, and payments.
• Coordinates inbound & outbound shipments and deliveries.

• Involve in vendor selection and negotiate prices and delivery lead time with vendors/contractors.
• Responsible for procurement processes (e.g. RFQ, PR/PO, etc.).
• Coordinate with various departments (i.e. sales, production, accounts) on the required technical specifications, delivery/collection schedule and supplier payments etc.
• Coordinates inbound & outbound shipments & deliveries.

Requirements

• ITE/Diploma in Engineering field.
• 1 year of relevant working experience; candidates without experience are welcomed to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
