Job summary

A prominent food service company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager responsible for overseeing kitchen performance and food production. The successful candidate will hold a diploma in F&B Management or Culinary Arts and possess over five years of relevant experience in a food production setting. Key responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring food quality assurance, and driving process improvements. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential. This role requires working six days a week, including public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure delivery-on-time fulfilment
  • Manage and uphold serviceability and hygiene integrity of kitchen infrastructure & equipment
  • Manage staff related matters; including staff integration, coaching/mentoring and performance management
  • Participate in cross functional initiatives, including automation projects
