We are looking for a Marketing Executive who is hands-on, analytical, and creative, someone who can manage social media at a group level while driving campaigns that deliver real business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage group-level brand and messaging across Red Alpha and its sister companies, including the US market
  • Plan and execute content strategy, including content calendars, campaigns, and short-form video production
  • Manage social media communities, inquiries, PR-related responses, and online reputation across platforms
  • Plan and manage PR initiatives, including media outreach, press releases, brand mentions, and thought leadership opportunities
  • Execute and optimize paid media and full-funnel marketing campaigns, including testing and retargeting
  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance, turning data into actionable insights
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including pre-event promotion, on-site execution, and post-event amplification
  • Lead internal communications for communities, including announcements, campaigns, and engagement initiatives
  • Manage creation of marketing collaterals, swags, and promotional materials, including inventory tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams and international stakeholders to align marketing initiatives
  • Build and improve marketing SOPs, workflows, and content libraries
  • Stay on top of digital trends and platform updates, testing new ideas and tools
  • Drive employer branding and internal communications, especially on LinkedIn
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, PR, or a related role
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant field
  • Hands-on experience in social media management and content creation, including basic filming and video editing
  • Exposure to paid media and performance marketing, with an understanding of full-funnel campaigns
  • Comfortable with data tracking, reporting, and campaign optimization
  • Experience supporting or executing events, including coordination, logistics, or on-site support
  • Strong communications skills, with the ability to manage internal and external community communications
  • Basic understanding of PR or media communications (press releases, brand mentions, reputation management)
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing marketing materials, swags, or inventories
  • Able to collaborate across teams and work with stakeholders in different time zones
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
