The Opportunity

We are looking for a commercially astute, detail-oriented Product Marketing Executive with a strong passion for luxury travel and lifestyle experiences.

This role sits at the intersection of product curation, storytelling, and sales enablement. You will be responsible for shaping how our luxury travel products are positioned, priced, communicated, and brought to market—ensuring each experience is compelling, differentiated, and aligned with the expectations of affluent clients.

Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Storytelling
  • Translate curated travel products and bespoke experiences into compelling narratives, value propositions, and selling points tailored for high-net-worth audiences.
  • Develop clear product positioning, messaging frameworks, and key highlights that differentiate Prestige offerings in the luxury travel market.
  • Craft refined product descriptions, itineraries, and experience narratives aligned with the Prestige brand voice.
Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement
  • Plan and execute product launches and campaigns across digital and offline channels in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
  • Develop premium sales tools including product decks, brochures, pitch materials, talking points, and FAQs to support advisors and business development teams.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure product messaging translates into confident selling and higher conversion.
Product Development Support
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and suppliers to refine itineraries, inclusions, pricing, and value-added components.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, white spaces, and opportunities for new luxury travel products.
  • Gather feedback from clients and frontline teams to continuously enhance product appeal and relevance.
Performance & Insights
  • Track product performance, sales uptake, and campaign results; analyse insights to optimise positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Support demand forecasting and product lifecycle management through data-driven recommendations.
Brand, Events & Partnerships
  • Support product-led events, private previews, client evenings, tradeshows, and partnerships to showcase Prestige offerings.
  • Ensure all product communications and touchpoints reflect the luxury standards and brand consistency of Chan Brothers Prestige.
General
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives as assigned to support business objectives.
Requirements
  • Diploma in marketing, communications, business management or related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for online content.
  • Experience in developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Project management skills and experience with CMS such as WordPress.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, SEM tools, and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other social media advertising tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and web analytics including Google Analytics.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken). Fluency in 3rd language is an advantage.
