SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role at the one-stop service will require you to:
- Perform Marketing Engineer for the assigned CFT including account management, scheduling, ECN, project management, new potentials development, quotations, material positioning, E&O, obsolescence claims, revenue execution and cost reduction programs
- Control and co-ordinate activities among the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members, various functional departments and customers, pertaining to project plan, project tasks and order fulfilment
- Identify the relevant activities and critical items that have significant impact on the project deliverables and take appropriate action to resolve them
- Review and manage business contractual agreement and settlement
- Drive to meet OTD, quality and cost management
- Be the voice of customer, rapport building with customers, including monthly and quarterly review of customer feedback and satisfaction, customer audits, driving internal change to stay competitive
- Service new and existing customers and acquire new accounts
- Manage RFQ, FA and product transfer
- Conduct Proactive planning or Collaborative Planning to avoid problems
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate for this position will:
- Degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) or Contract Manufacturing industry for PCBA/Boxbuilds
- Strong communication and program management skills
- Able to analyse technical drawing/specification is a plus
- Candidate with project management skills will be considered
