Job summary

A leading real estate services firm in Singapore is seeking a MAC Associate to lead and execute workplace change projects. This role involves managing office moves, space reconfigurations, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management environments. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is preferred, along with strong organizational skills and adaptability in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in MAC and facilities management environments.
  • Ability to interpret and manage floor plans and drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of office moves and space reconfigurations.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements and legal standards.
  • Oversee preparation and accuracy of project documentation.
  • Manage asset orders to support project needs.
  • Prepare for and participate in MAC meetings with clients.
  • Coordinate with vendors for proposals and RFPs.
  • Monitor project financials and review invoices for accuracy.
  • Resolve escalated project issues.
  • Supervise work conducted outside of office hours.
  • Provide on-site supervision post-move to support teams.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements.

Skills

Knowledge of AutoCAD
