• Serve as the main contact point with relevant HQ departments and support PI initiatives.
• Managed inbound/outbound operations, inventory control, and WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Coordinated with clients to handle communications and support ad-hoc requests
• Issued monthly logistics invoices to clients after month-end closing
• Monitored monthly KPIs and managed profit and loss (P&L) performance
• Prepared regular reports and handled ad-hoc tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Proficiency in spoken English
• Strong OA skills (MS Office)
• Prior experience in warehouse operations within large companies and/or the logistics industry is a plus
