Job summary

A logistics and transport company in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage operations, coordinate schedules, and lead a fleet team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a NITEC or diploma in logistics and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include resolving logistics issues and overseeing vehicle maintenance. A valid Class 3/3A driving license and proficiency in MS Office are required for the role.

Qualifications

  • Plan and coordinate daily collection and delivery schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Resolve day-to-day logistics issues and verify trip allowances and job sheets.
  • Lead toolbox meetings, training, and cross-training to strengthen fleet team capability.
  • Oversee fleet documentation, vehicle maintenance coordination, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor team performance, enforce discipline, and provide operational backup when needed.
