Scheduling of daily collection from customer premises and/or delivery
Resolving daily collection and/or delivery issues
Tabulate trip allowances such as daily job sheet submission
Conduct weekly toolbox and training session for logistics fleet
Perform cross training for team members
Preparation of documents and coordination in relation to maintenance of vehicles
Responsible for team performance and discipline
Act as backup for other Logistics Executives during their absence
Ensure compliance of documents, e.g. procedures, risk assessments
Minimum Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license is preferred
Independent, self-motivated, and equipped with strong coordination and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Able to work in a fast-paced environment; team-oriented and adaptable
