Job Purpose

Warehouse Operations administrative activities for Logistics. Responsible for all warehouse transactions using MS Office and SAP System, for receiving, locating, storage and retrieval of product for the Service Operations warehouse. Working closely with transport, warehouse, cross department, and management team. Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure. High level of accuracy and commitment is required.

Job Description
  • Assist in maintaining all HACCP related records
  • Daily 3PL warehouse stocks withdrawal (Storbest, Mandai Link, Tian Sheng and Flow)
  • Printing of pickling list, data entry and posting.
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments on logistics and stock inventory related matters etc.
  • Conversion and printing of invoices and proper filing.
  • Receiving goods on local purchase and external warehouse transfer.
  • Responsible for all stationery requirements for the logistics department.
  • Carry out warehouse administrative tasks and follow operational directive.
  • Warehouse related administration documentation and repository management.
  • Scanning and repository management.
  • Ensure all incoming goods are received in the SAP System and in accordance with procurement instructions or information, and according to the company policies.
  • Maintaining inventory records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy office environment.
  • Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as and when assigned by superior.
Requirement
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Hands‑on SAP experience will be an advantage
