We are looking for an experienced and driven Leasing Manager to lead the leasing function of a well-established shopping mall. This is a key leadership role for someone who enjoys shaping tenant mix, driving leasing performance, and building strong industry relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a team of leasing professionals, providing direction, support, and coaching to achieve leasing targets.

• Drive the full leasing cycle — planning strategies, identifying prospects, securing tenants, and finalizing lease agreements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agents, and retail partners to ensure a healthy pipeline and long-term partnerships.

• Manage renewals, negotiations, and tenant movements to enhance overall mall performance and positioning.

• Work closely with marketing, operations, design, and property management teams to ensure seamless tenant onboarding and fit-out coordination.

• Stay updated on retail trends and competitor activities to make informed recommendations on tenant mix and leasing strategies.

What You Bring

• At least 7 years’ experience in retail or commercial leasing, including several years in a supervisory or team-leading capacity.

• Strong understanding of retail market trends, leasing processes, and tenant categories (especially in F\&B and lifestyle).

• Confident negotiator with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Strategic thinker who is both analytical and hands‑on.

• Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Existing network within the retail/F\&B ecosystem is a strong advantage.
