The Opportunity

• Our client, Government-affiliated Science Agency
• Working Location: One-North Proximity
• Basic Salary: Up to $8,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30 AM - 6 PM
• 6 months contract (Subjected to conversion)
• Start work immediately!

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit materials for safety licensing and regulatory permits.
• Design, establish, and digitize inventory and safety management systems, including implementing LIMS and ELN platforms.
• Plan, implement, and optimize lab layout and infrastructure for R&D inventory using Lean tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Kanban).
• Coordinate selection, purchase, delivery, and commissioning of scientific equipment and consumables.
• Test-run and troubleshoot workflows to ensure smooth operations.
• Propose and implement process improvements, including automation, while maintaining compliance with established frameworks.
