Job description
The Opportunity:
  • Permanent role
  • Work location: East West
  • Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

Cyber Vigilance & Incident Response:

  • Monitor and review security logs, detect and respond to incidents swiftly.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute incident response plans with IT and management.
  • Act as primary POC for all escalations, ensuring accurate reporting and minimal disruption.

Risk Management & Compliance:

  • Conduct risk assessments, manage vulnerabilities, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with IM8, PDPA, and internal security policies.
  • Regularly review and enhance security policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Participate in client-led audits, including security reviews, vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and compliance checks.

Governance & Coordination:

  • Serve as corporate liaison between system owners, IT teams, and response personnel.
  • Safeguard incident evidence and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support resource allocation for security initiatives.

Security Awareness & Training:

  • Promote IT security awareness and deliver staff training.
  • Participate in drills, simulations, and tabletop exercises.
Requirements:
  • Min 5. years in cybersecurity management, specializing in incident response, vulnerability management, and GRC
  • Hands-on with AppSec, OWASP, penetration testing, vulnerability tools (Tenable/Nessus), SIEM, and IAM/PAM/MFA
  • At least one of CISSP, CISM, GIAC/CISA, CEH; others an advantage
