Description of the Role
- The Installation Coordinator is responsible for organizing project coordination from start to completion of installation. This position will assist with a variety of operational tasks within Installation Dept to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate with all the related parties, including suppliers, and internal associates for the proper on‑site survey, installations, delivery, dismantling & repair works, etc.
- Complete the on‑site survey, installation, and maintenance & repair work according to the plan and schedule confirmed by management.
- Prepare the installation documents according to the rules & regulations issued internally.
- May lead and manage the on‑site work according to our Standard Operating Procedures.
- Keep record about all the issues happened during the on‑site survey, installations, and repair work, etc. And communicate with Manager and some other associates in the team on time both verbally and in writing.
- Keep the related parties updated and management posted for any abnormal issues during the installations, etc.
- Manage and track manpower schedule.
- Dept. operational & project administrative works involved.
Key Tasks
Collect/to follow and to check installation checklists done by sub‑contractor.
- Work with supervisors on material preparation on site installation.
- Conduct construction site visit for the generator lifting and delivery.
- Attend project meetings when required.
- Apply “Permit to work” for upgrading work.
- Manage & implement MOM / Safety requirements, materials project, workmanship / quality & subcon to carry out site installation works.
- Perform other duties as requested by department manager.
Education
- Post Graduate Diploma, ITE or related.
Knowledge / Experience / Others
- Fresh Grad welcome.
- With 1-3 years of work experiences on construction sites.
- Good knowledge in local standards & requirements.
- Understanding of a design and build contract/project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill. Able to work under stress and prioritize tasks. Resourceful.
- Self‑motivated with high degree of integrity.
- Excellent time management skills. Able to work independently with positive attitude.
- Ability to handle work stresses.
Personal Competency
- Physical stamina.
- Can handle administrative works.
Others
- Class 2B / 3 license is a advantage.
