Job description

Responsibilities

• Promote feelings of security and trust in infants and toddlers.
• Respond positively to infants and toddlers’ needs, responses and cues.
• Provide routine care such as bathing, feeding, diapering, toileting, dressing and napping. Familiar with the steps and procedures in carrying out the routine care.
• Facilitate children’s exploratory behavior, thinking and learning.
• Plan and adapt activities to individual child’s needs.
• Communicate effectively with infants, toddlers, their parents and other staff.
