Position Overview

Responsible for the support, maintenance, and development of all HR Information Systems (HRIS), including SAP HR, SuccessFactors (SF), ECP, BDS, LMS, CPS, ESS, RTA, IPTS, and Flexnet. Ensures efficient and secure data management while supporting payroll administration and enabling end-user productivity.

Primary Responsibilities

SAP HR / SuccessFactors / ECP

  • Provide first-level support, guidance, and advice to line users on SAP HR, SF, and ECP.
  • Collaborate with SAP IT/GIT departments to resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Analyze and define business requirements, coordinating between end-users and IT/GIT for new initiatives.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity for end-users.
  • Ensure data integrity and harmonization across SAP HR and integrated HRIS systems.
  • Provide guidelines and best practices for maintaining HRIS data.
  • Lead or support enhancements, upgrades, and system interfacing with other HRIS platforms.
  • Ensure accurate data transfer from interfacing systems into SAP HR.
  • Review feasibility of new or enhanced reports and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).

Other HR Information Systems

  • Provide technical support, advice, and troubleshooting for other HRIS platforms.
  • Assess and implement system enhancements, coordinating with IT as needed.
  • Support user acceptance testing for new system functionalities.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures for efficient, secure, and compliant data management.
  • Implement techniques to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and legitimacy.
  • Establish protocols for data sharing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support daily use of data systems while ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards.
  • Assist in management reporting and data extraction as required.

Job Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in SAP HR and other HRIS systems.
  • Proficiency in SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
