  • Conduct audits and maintain compliance with labor management.

  • Application/Termination/renewal of work pass
  • Training Application
  • Maintain, upkeep & update of all personal file & record
  • Arrangement of interview
  • Attend to employees and workers issue
  • MOM Survey
  • Audit
  • Maintain company PMET and Quota
  • MYE/PA Application and update
  • Labour management
  • Recruitment
  • Childcare leave/ NS claim/training funding claim
  • IR8A & IR21 submission
  • Maintain of annual leaves/Medical leaves
  • Preparation of LOA
  • Act as DPO Coordinator
  • Assist in TOLQ matter
