We are looking for a pro‑active problem solver, with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. He/She will have previous experience performing HR and marcoms responsibilities with flexibility, reliability and foresight. You are required to maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion and integrity when handling all corporate matters.

Job Scope
People Services (HR)
  • Support in recruitment processes – including hiring (screening/interviewing of candidates, following up of employment offers, pre‑employment health and past employment verification, clearance for different regulatory bodies), clinical licence/work pass applications, onboarding/offboarding processes and experience (orientation programmes, preparation of compliant onboarding documentation)
  • Support in management of HR processes and systems (Workday) and administrative matters
  • Maintain accurate and timely records/reports for updates to management and relevant regulatory bodies
  • Establish positive relationships with all teammates and undertake planning and execution of employee engagement activities
  • Initiate and support employee welfare initiatives
  • Support in formulation and execution of L&D initiatives and programmes/activities
  • Prepare and submit monthly metrics reports
  • Handle ad‑hoc HR projects and any other duties when required
Marcoms
  • Develop creative initiatives to attract talents and raise awareness/branding
  • Plan and execute activities/events to enhance the company's presence and attract potential candidates/clients
  • Smooth implementation of new and existing programmes to raise awareness and strengthen the company's branding
  • Support in production and improvements of corporate collaterals
  • Liaison with international team on groupwide activities and programmes
Job Requirements
  • Minimum a Diploma/Higher NITEC in Human Resources/Business studies/Mass Communications, proficient in MS Office
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and implementation considerations
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience
  • Positive energy and drive, high ownership of work deliverables and dedication and commitment in producing results
  • Possesses strong teamwork capabilities with robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organisation
