Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR BP / HR operation working experience.
• Experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for new hires.
• Collaborate with agencies for recruitment drives and outreach.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievances.
• Provide advice on HR policies to enhance employee engagement.
• Facilitate staff engagement sessions and take minutes.
• Handle work pass applications and renewals for foreign hires.
• Assist with performance management reviews.
• Participate in HRIS implementation and testing.
