Key Responsibilities: -

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies and manpower plans aligned with business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Take ownership of complex manpower challenges and offer innovative, scalable solutions.
  • Lead a team of Recruitment Managers in driving performance and capability development.
  • Partner closely with agency leaders to support recruitment and retention, ensuring alignment with broader business strategies.
  • Drive key projects that support agency growth and manpower expansion initiatives.
  • Engage in strategic hiring efforts, including assessing experienced group hire, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess the following: -
