As the stablecoin landscape explodes from USD dominance to 70+ currencies across 20+ countries, we are solving a critical infrastructure gap: instant, low‑cost foreign exchange settlement on‑chain.

Unlike AMMs designed for price discovery, SERA provides institutional‑grade FX settlement with sub‑second latency, built by a world‑class team from GIC, Jump Trading, Wise, and top‑tier financial institutions. We have run $2B+/month in FX volume and understand what it takes to build real financial infrastructure.

Our testnet launches in December 2025, with mainnet following in Q1 2026. We are backed by leading investors and positioned at the intersection of three massive trends: stablecoin adoption, cross‑border payments, and DeFi infrastructure.

The Role

We are looking for a Head of Developer Marketing to build SERA from the ground up as the go‑to platform for developers building the next generation of financial applications. Your mission: acquire 1,000+ active developers within 6 months of testnet launch and establish Sera as the standard for multi‑currency stablecoin settlement.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing strategy for a protocol that will power billions per day in multi‑currency transactions. You will have the autonomy, resources, and backing to execute a world‑class developer marketing program.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a comprehensive developer acquisition strategy across content, community, events, and partnerships.
  • Launch and grow Sera’s Discord, Telegram, and social media presence from zero to 5,000+ engaged developers.
  • Create a developer relations program including office hours, workshops, and technical support.
  • Build an ambassador program to scale community engagement globally.
  • Develop a content strategy that educates developers on FX settlement, stablecoin infrastructure, and real‑world use cases.
  • Produce technical blog posts, video tutorials, API documentation, and case studies.
  • Establish Sera as a thought leader through guest posts, podcasts, and speaking opportunities.
  • Launch and manage a developer newsletter.
  • Identify and sponsor the right dev communities (ETHGlobal, Token2049, etc.) with compelling prize structures.
  • Represent Sera at major conferences (Consensus, Money20/20, Token2049, Devcon).
  • Host side events, workshops, and developer meetups.
  • Manage Gitcoin bounties and developer incentive programs.
  • Define KPIs and track developer acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics.
  • Analyze what is working and rapidly iterate on campaigns and channels.
  • Build scalable systems and processes for long‑term developer growth.
  • Report directly to the founding team on progress and insights.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in developer marketing, developer relations, or technical marketing in Web3, fintech, or API‑first companies.
  • Proven track record of building developer communities from scratch and hitting aggressive growth targets.
  • Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem: DeFi protocols, smart contracts, stablecoins, and developer tooling.
  • Technical credibility: Can read code, understand APIs, and have meaningful conversations with senior engineers.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills: Can explain complex technical concepts clearly and compellingly.
  • Bonus: Experience marketing to Ethereum, Solidity, or blockchain developers.
  • Bonus: Background in fintech, payments, or cross‑border money movement.
  • Bonus: Previous experience at a high‑growth crypto protocol or infrastructure company.
  • Bonus: Strong network in the Web3 developer community.
  • Bonus: Experience organizing or sponsoring hackathons.
  • Bonus: Understanding of FX markets, treasury management, or financial infrastructure.
