Job description

The overall job responsibility mainly relates to the management of the day-to-day operations of the gym. The job scope includes the followings:

Responsibilities
  1. Quality Services to our Customers
    • Ensure excellent and quality customer services are delivered to our customers at all times.
    • Mentor and guide fellow team members to deliver excellent and quality customer services.
    • In charge of developing and implementing/improving action plans with fellow team members to improve the quality of services to customers on an on-going basis.
  2. Human Resource Management
    • Plan and manage the duty rosters of fellow team members
    • Mentor and motivate fellow team members to achieve internal milestones and objectives of the Company
    • Provide training and guidance to fellow team members to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations within the gym.
    • Work with fellow team members and senior management to deliver quality services at the gym.
    • Evaluate individual performance of fellow team members and provide constructive feedback on a timely basis.
    • Motivate and guide each fellow member in their personal/professional development.
    • Ensure fellow team members are aware and are competent in executing the stand operating procedures relating to the daily operations and in the event of emergency.
  3. Administrative and Operational Duties
    • Manage day-to-day operations with the support from fellow team members
    • Implement and oversee the smooth usage of the IT System/Platform for fellow stakeholders and customers.
    • Implement and oversee the procedures relating to booking of appointments, payment and validation of training sessions.
    • Compile weekly and monthly reporting and discuss with senior management.
    • Ensure the gym facilities are well maintained with regular maintenance services and procure for new items when the need arises.
  4. Strategic Planning
    • Provide constructive feedback to senior management and assist to develop the brand name and implement initiatives to improve the operating efficiency of the operations and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor and seek to improve the overall sale performance and customer retention.
Experience & Qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role or position.
  • Relevant fitness qualifications and first aid certification would be an added advantage.
