Roles& Responsibilities

The Guest Services Host is an integral part of the Workplace Experience team.
This role will be responsible for setting the stage for a positive and productive stay and utilizing a customer interaction system to provide high-quality, knowledgeable and consultative customer service and administrative support.
This position is unique as it supports the local Singapore office, but it is also integrated into our global customer service support team.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Offering a genuine welcome to all visitors and personnel and escorting internal andexternal clients to their destination.
  • Curating experiences in the workplace to make the internal and external client feelvalued and part of the community.
  • Maintaining Guest Services and other relevant inbox communication, in collaboration withglobal WE 24/7 team, to ensure prompt, one-stop resolution service to internal and external clients.
  • Ensuring workstations, offices, and collaboration spaces are presentable, equipped,configured to customer specifications and ready for use.
  • Executing the food and beverage experience for the office and conference center, includingmenu planning, presentation and breakdown, engaging with requisite stakeholders as required
