A prominent workplace services provider in Singapore seeks a Guest Services Host to enhance the workplace experience. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, curating client experiences, and ensuring presentation of workspaces. You will manage guest communications and execute food and beverage services effectively. The Guest Services Host is an integral part of the Workplace Experience team.
This role will be responsible for setting the stage for a positive and productive stay and utilizing a customer interaction system to provide high-quality, knowledgeable and consultative customer service and administrative support.
This position is unique as it supports the local Singapore office, but it is also integrated into our global customer service support team.
