Qualifications

• 7–12 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Prior experience in retail, beauty, F&B, or multi outlet businesses preferred.
• Proven experience managing full sets of accounts and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting function for a growing beauty salon group.
• Ensure timely month end and year end closing, and enforce financial controls.
• Actively manage cash flow and monitor customer liabilities.
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, tracking performance against budget.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting and regulatory standards.
• Review and improve accounting systems and processes.
