Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
  • Maintain the general cleanliness of the store.
  • Conduct cashier duties like processing payments and exchanges.
  • Co-ordinate stock replenishment with the operations team.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through weekly stock-takes.
  • Train and supervise retail staff, setting performance expectations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and handle escalated issues promptly.

Responsibilities
  • Managing day‑to‑day operations, including inventory management, bequem merchandising, and ensuring the store is well‑stocked and visually appealing to customers
  • Maintain the general cleanliness of the store
  • Cashier duties which include and are not limited to processing payments, exchanges, and returns
  • Co‑ordinate with in‑house driver and operations team to replenish stocks and transfers from the main warehouse
  • Weekly stock‑take to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Training, and supervising retail staff, setting performance expectations, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained, resolving customer complaints, and handling escalated issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
  • Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in the fashion industry or a related field/skill is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effectively communicating with customers and staff
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment
  • Experience in the fast fashion industry and e-commerce/similar is preferred
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and effectively manage challenging situations
