Facilities Manager

Salary:SGD 7,000 – 8,500
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm

Work Location:Alexandra Hospital

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of managers and operational staff to ensure that all contractual deliverables, KPIs, and service standards are consistently met.

  • Introduce and uphold effective maintenance practices across all facilities and engineering functions, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-managed work environment.

  • Manage and track operational budgets, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits.

  • Support business performance by meeting financial objectives while building strong, sustainable working relationships with stakeholders.

  • Develop, review, and implement processes and workflows that align with the operational needs of the healthcare facility.

  • Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, safety protocols, and internal policies.

Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management (FM) or an equivalent qualification.

  • At least 8 years of leadership experience in facilities or engineering maintenance, with minimum 3 years in a healthcare setting.

  • Strong coordination and project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple operational tasks.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage interactions with clients, service partners, and internal departments.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in facilities management systems or related software.
